Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking must be made according to the selected rental package, as outlined below.

Standard Cancellation Rules

A cancellation is accepted within 14 days from the time of booking, provided that the minimum notice period before the rental start date is also respected, as follows:

• Premium Package: At least 3 days (72 hours) before the rental start date.
• Value Package: At least 5 days (120 hours) before the rental start date.
• Basic Package: At least 7 days (168 hours) before the rental start date.

In all cases, the cancellation must comply with both conditions:
(a) within 14 days from the booking date, and
(b) not later than the minimum notice period required for the selected package.

Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings made less than the required minimum notice period before the rental start date, cancellations are allowed only within 12 hours from the time of booking and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

For last-minute bookings, no prepayment refund applies in any case.

Refund Conditions

• Premium & Value Packages: If the cancellation is made in accordance with the rules above, the prepayment will be fully refunded. If either condition is not met, the prepayment is non-refundable.
• Basic Package: The prepayment will be refunded only if the cancellation is made within 12 hours from the time of booking. After 12 hours, the prepayment is non-refundable, regardless of the remaining timeframe.
